The service

ProfitLens is an embedded Shopify app that calculates store profitability from your order data and the cost inputs you provide. Figures shown by the app are informational estimates based on your inputs — they are not accounting, tax or investment advice.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free forever within its limits. The Pro plan is billed through Shopify's billing system at $9.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the app's Pricing page; cancellation takes effect immediately and billing stops with the current cycle.

Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the costs you enter — profit figures are only as good as their inputs.

You agree not to abuse the service: no attempts to breach security, overload the infrastructure, reverse-engineer the app or use it for unlawful purposes.

Ad platform connections

Connecting Meta Ads or Google Ads is optional. You must have the right to connect those accounts. We access them read-only to fetch spend data, subject to those platforms' own terms.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its code are the property of Performetic. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free calculations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Termination

You can stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or non-payment. Upon termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
